The Swiss-South African Cooperation Initiative is a non-profit Company and a key player in the field of skills development in South Africa. We aim to increase the employability of youth from Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) colleges by collaborating with Employers, TVETs, DHET, SETAs, foundations, and NGOs. SSACI and its partners have impacted young people!
This has been accomplished via 21 years of ideation; effective and efficient execution; excellent performance, influencing policy improvement and system development. SSACI continues to be a learning organization, with a strong presence at all 50 TVET colleges in South Africa. It has partnered with companies in the implementation of its workplacebased learning programmes.
